Grace Match

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 21, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how GraceMatch collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the GraceMatch mobile application and related services. GraceMatch is an intentional Christian matchmaking service for adults. By using the service, you acknowledge this policy and the choices described below.

2. Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

  • Account information:email address and authentication details needed to create and secure your account.
  • Profile information:display name, date of birth, gender, biography, photos, interests, favorite verse, faith status, and church affiliation.
  • Activity and communications:likes, passes, matches, messages, notification preferences, reports, blocks, and feedback submitted through the app.
  • Verification information:information necessary to request and record selfie-liveness verification.
  • Support attachments:screenshots or other images you choose to attach to a problem report.

3. Information collected automatically

When you use the app, we may receive device and app information attached to a support report, such as your platform, operating-system version, device model, app version, build number, and app variant. If you enable push notifications, we store a device push token so we can deliver match and message notifications.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create and authenticate your account;
  • show compatible profiles and operate likes, matches, and chat;
  • apply your discovery preferences and premium entitlements;
  • deliver notifications you request;
  • verify authenticity and help prevent fraud, impersonation, and abuse;
  • receive, investigate, and resolve reports and support requests;
  • protect users, enforce community rules, and improve reliability; and
  • process subscriptions and maintain subscription status.

5. Who processes information

GraceMatch uses service providers to operate the product. These providers may process information only to provide services to us and under their applicable terms and safeguards. They include Supabase, Didit, RevenueCat, and Expo/notification infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Profiles, messages, and safety

Information that you choose to place in your profile may be shown to other eligible GraceMatch members so the matching service can work. Chat messages are visible to the people in that conversation and may be reviewed when necessary to investigate a report, protect users, or comply with law. You can report or block another member in the app. Do not share passwords, government identification numbers, financial details, or an address in your profile or messages.

7. Security and retention

We use access controls, authenticated server operations, row-level data policies, encrypted connections, and secure device storage where available. No online service can promise absolute security. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain safety and fraud-prevention records, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements.

8. Your choices and account deletion

You can edit profile and notification preferences in the app, withdraw optional permissions through your device settings, and report or block members. You can permanently request deletion of your GraceMatch account and associated app data from the public deletion page, even if the app is no longer installed.

Account deletion removes your profile, photos, preferences, likes, blocks, matches, messages, push tokens, feedback, and reports that identify you from GraceMatch systems, subject to limited retention that may be required for safety, fraud prevention, or law. Deleting your GraceMatch account does not cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or another app store; cancel that subscription separately in the store.

Open account deletion

9. Children

GraceMatch is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly maintain accounts for anyone below the minimum age required by applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date below when we make a material change. For a privacy question, data request, or concern about this policy, use the in-app Report a Problem flow or the account-deletion page and identify the request as a privacy matter.
